If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it in it's original condition within fourteen days from receip of the item/s for a full refund.
Conditions for acceptance of refunds:
The item/s must be in their original condition (like new) and free from marks caused by wearing of the items.
Marks include scratches, dents and bent or damaged parts of the item/s.
Gemstones must be in the same original new condition as they were when the item's were dispatched to the customer.
Item/s must be reurned within fourteen days from receipt by the customer to qualify for a refund.
Packaging such as ring boxes, earring boxes etc. must be returned with the item/s.
